In a wok heat olive oil and throw in veggies. Mix in chili pepper flakes and cook for 4-5 minutes. You want the veggies to be crisp. Warm Tortillas in oven. Once veggies are done and tortillas are warm, sprinkle cheese on tortillas add veggies and 1 Tbsp. of salsa per tortilla.
