3 cups coarsely chopped cooked chicken (I like to use a 9 oz. package of Perdue short cuts)
4 slices crisply cooked bacon, chopped
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp parsley
1 garlic clove, pressed
2 plum tomatoes, sliced
2 tubes of Pilsbury crescent rolls

Here is how you make Chicken Roll:

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine chicken, bacon, 3/4 cup cheese, mayo, mustard, parsley, and garlic. Mix well.2. Place the crescent rolls, overlapping & unfolded, in a sort of sun shape (see the picture for reference to what it should look like). On each crescent, spoon the chicken mixture evenly, and top with a slice of tomato. Fold the crescent rolls over the mixture and tuck under. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on the whole shape.3.
