1 1tsp Olive Oil
1 tbsp Vinegar - Natural Rice Vinegar (Nakano)
.25 serving Frito Lays Frito Corn Chips - 1 oz bag
1 serving Hidden Valley Original Ranch Dressing. 2 Tbsp

Here is how you make Chicken Mango Salad:

12 Cup Cucumber - chopped into cubes1/2 Green Bell Pepper - chopped into cubes1/2 Red Bell Pepper - chopped into cubes1 can of sweet corn (rinsed)2 chicken breasts - cubed1 tomato - chopped into cubes1 avocado (optional) - chopped into cubes (I never add this)1 can black beans - drained and rinsed1-2 Mangoes - chopped into cubesMix all the above ingredients in a large bowlSprinkle 1 tsp olive oil and 1 Tbsp Rice Vinegar over ingredients and mix once again. You can eat it without the Frito chips and Ranch Dressing. It is very good this way and less calories.
