1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw
2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw
2 medium Carrots, raw
2 clove Garlic
8 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
12 tsp Chicken Bouillon
3 tbsp Vegetable Oil
2/3 cup Organic Whole Wheat Pasta
2 cup Frozen Mixed Vegetables


How Do I Make Ryan's Chicken Noodle Soup?

Here is how you make Ryan's Chicken Noodle Soup:

Diced all fresh veggies, saute in 2 tbsp oil over medium heat until soft (5 min). Remove veggies from pot and set aside. Chop chicken into bite sized pieces. Add remaining 1 tbsp of oil to pot and saute chicken until no longer pink (5min). Combine hot water with chicken bouillon. Return sauteed vegetables to pan with chicken, add broth and bring to a low boil. Add pasta to pot and boil until al dente (8 min). Add frozen vegetables and bring back to the boil for 5 minutes. Season with whatever herbs/spices you like.
