Sautee onions, jalapeno, and garlic until onion is tender. Deglaze the pan with the chicken stock and beer scraping the drippings off of the bottom of the pan. Add green chilis, pork, and cumin. Bring to boil then decrease heat to med low and simmer for about 30 min. Mix flour with 1/2 cup of water and add to pot. Bring to boil and serve.
