Saute onion and potatoes in butter about 5 min. Add seasoning cook 1 min. more. Add remaining ingredients and bring just to boil over med. high heat, stirring occasionally. Turn heat to just below med so that ,with cover tipped, it will slowly just bubble for 15 min. or till potatoes are soft. Put on Lo and let sit 20 min. Adjust seasoning.
