2 pounds okra
1 10oz package each of spinach, mustard greens, and turnip greens. (You can mix and match your favorite type of greens to equal @ 2 pounds)
1 pound smoked turkey wings, necks, or drumstuck
1/2 pound andouille sausage, sliced
10 c low or no sodium chicken broth
1 TBSP file' powder.

Here is how you make File' Gumbo Z'Herbs:

Put canola oil in large pot and add flour stirring until it becomes a roux.add onions, shallots, celery and okra.continue cooking until they are also brown. Blend chicken broth into the mixture. Bring to boil and reduce to simmer. Add all other ingredientsand continue cooking for @ 20-30 minutes adding water if the mixture becomes too thick. ( It should be a bit thicker than a soup and thinner than a stew) Remove turkey bones and stir in file' powder. Turn off heat. Serve over hot rice.
