Here is how you make Hummus, I Did It My Way:

Prepare chickpeas by draining and rinsing. In a bowl, cover the peas with cold water and gently rub them against each other to remove the hulls. Repeat this process about four times. ( If you want to keep the fiber content from the hulls, just rinse the peas)Mix lemon juice and tahini. Add in olive oil. Add remaining ingredients. Process in food processor until smooth(add oil if needed) or mash mixture in bowl with fork.
