fresh chives (about 4-5 sprigs), chopped
1 Tbsp fat free sour cream
salt & pepper to taste

Here is how you make Mushroom Mini Tarts:

Slice mushrooms & green onion. Saute in olive until tender. Sprinkle with salt & pepper. Add beef stock, scrape brown bits off bottom of pan. Cook until most of stock is absorbed. Remove from heat, let cool for ~5 minutes.Scrape mushroom mixture into small food processor. Add thyme and chives. Pulse to combine. Add sour cream. Pulse to combine again.Warm pastry shells according to package instructions (350 for 6 minutes). Remove from oven, fill with mushroom filling.
