2 oz. Crumbled Feta Cheese (I like the Athenos brand)
1/2 Small Red Onion (thinly sliced)
Large Bowl with tight fitting lid (like gladwear)



How Do I Make Refreshing Greek Salad?

Here is how you make Refreshing Greek Salad:

1. Slice cucumber into thin slices then cut in half rounds. 2. Sliced tomatoes thinly removing all the seeds by squeezing the tomato gently after cutting in half.3. Drain can of olives and cut each olive in half.4. Slice 1/2 small red onion thinly.5. Add all ingredient in to a bowl with a lid.6. Top with greek dressing & crumbled feta (2 oz. is usually 1/2 a container).7. Salt and pepper to taste.8. Put the lid on and shake, shake, shake, to combine. 9. Let sit in the refrigerator for at least an hour then serve. *The longer it sits in the fridge the better, I double the recipe and have it with lunch/dinner for a few days.
