1 Tbsp poppy seeds
1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 Canola oil
1/4 apple cider vinegar or white or red wine vinegar
(I use apple cider vinegar)

Salad Fixings

1 l bag or bunch of spinach or other greens
20 fresh strawberries
1/2 small RED onion cut in thin slices
1/2 Cup slivered toasted alm

4 oz mushrooms ..can leave out of recipe

I said this feeds 64 but that really depends on how much of the salad you make.
It makes Plenty of vinaigreete , much more than 4 servings so really the calories arent as high as this indicates

I also add some chicken breast to the salad for added
