(If using only one cookie sheet, it will not be necessary to spray it again after the first batch is done.)-Remove a 3/4 to 1 oz size piece from the sausage loaf and roll it in the palm of your hands until it forms a ball.-Place the sausage balls on the cookie sheet approx. 1/2" apart from each other.-Once the cookie sheet(s) are full, place them in the oven and bake them at 350 degrees for 15 - 20 mins.
