Brown ground beef in large pot, drain fat. Add all remaining ingredients EXCEPT frozen mixed veggies. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes or until potatoes and carrots are tender. Add frozen mixed veggies (may use only green beans if preferred, may also use fresh). Simmer 15 minutes or until veggies are tender.I used 80% lean ground beef for this recipe because it was cheapest, so that's what the nutritional value is based on.
