Here is how you make Shrimpy Spinach Dip:

1) Thaw spinach and squeeze out excess water.2) Sprinkle Old Bay on shrimp and cook shrimp as desired - I prefer toaster oven at 400 for 8 minutes each side.3) Chop water chestnuts and shrimp to desired size.4) Mix spinach, sour cream, mayonnaise, soup mix, water chestnuts, and shrimp.5) Add old bay to taste.Makes ~ 4 cups of dip.Improvise as you like with the amount of spinach, shrimp (or no shrimp), old bay seasoning, etc. Many recipes suggest adding green onions, other vegetables or seasoning.
