Add the green beans and cook for 5-8 minutes, stirring frequently, until they are dark, shriveled and spotted in places. Remove beans to a serving bowl.Add chicken directly to the hot skillet (turn down heat to medium-high). Add another 1 T oil to saute.Stir fry the meat for 2 minutes or until it is no longer pink, stirring almost constantly.
