Here is how you make Jenn's Korean Style Beef:

Chop scallions and peppers and put in a bowl or zipper baggie. Cut steak with the grain into pieces about 2 inches wide. Turn and cut against the grain into bite-sized strips. Place in bowl with peppers and onions, add garlic, crushed pepper, soy sauce, sesame oil, pepper and sugar. Mix well and cover. Refrigerate while preparing vegetables. Peel carrots. Use peeler to make thin strips from the rest of each carrot. Trim and thinly slice radishes. Soak in ice water until ready to serve. Heat vegetable oil in skillet over medium high heat. Add beef and marinade, in a single layer. Cook undisturbed until browned, 3-4 minutes. Stir and cook the other side, until meat is all browned and marinade has reduced.
