Cut top sirloin into thin stripsmix beef strips, egg white, cornstarch, 1/2 t low sodium soy sauce, and sugar in a bowllet stand for ten minutesspray wok with cooking spray and heat over medium high heat until spray starts to bubble add 1/2 t vegetable oil to wok, add beef mixture and stir fry 2-4 minutes until brown.
