Add beef, and stir to coat evenly. Let stand for 10 minutes.To make the sauce: Combine orange juice, oyster sauce, honey, and remaining cornstarch in a small bowl; stir until honey has dissolved. Set aside.In a small frying pan, toast sesame seeds over medium heat, shaking pan frequently, until seeds are lightly colored, usually 3 to 4 minutes.Immediately transfer seeds to a plate to cool.Place a stir-fry pan over high heat until hot.
