3 tablespoons beef broth
1/2 tsp Splenda

1 inch ginger, chopped (or use 1 tsp ginger paste)
1 clove garlic (chopped)
1 cup broccoli
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 cup sliced cabbage
2 green onions
2 tablespoon peanut oil

1. Mix all marinade ingredients together and marinate for about 30 mins in the refrigerator.2. Mix all sauce ingredients together, leaving the xantham gum for last. Using a fine strainer, sprinkle xantum gum into sauce and mix in. 3. Heat wok and add one tablespoon peanut oil.4. Add the beef and stir fry for about 4 mins and remove from the wok.5. Add the second tablespoon of peanut oil, then add the garlic and ginger.6. Add cabbage and cook for about 1 minute.7. Add the onion and mix in with the cabbage.8. Add the green onions and stirfry for 1 minute.9. Add the broccoli and stirfry for 1 minute.10. Add half of the stir fry sauce and cook for 30 seconds.11.
