270g dried udon noodles
1/2 cup beef stock
1tsp Corn Flour

1. Cut steak int thin strips and place in a snap lock bag with ginger, sweet chilli sauce, sherry, and worcestershire sauce.2. Seal bag and toss to coat evenly; refrigerate for 15 minutes.3. Drain beef, reserving marinade.4. Heat oil in frying pan or wok, stir fry beef strips until brown and set aside.5.
