200g tenderstem broccoli, halved vertically
300g leftover roast beef, cut into bite-size pieces

Bring a medium pan of water to the boil. Add the noddles and cook for 3 minutes. Drain; set aside.Heat the oil in a large frying pan. Add the onion and stri-fry for 2-3 minutes, until starting to soften Add the chilli, garlic and five spice paste and stir-fry for a further minute.Add the peppers, carrot and broccoli to the pan and stir-fry for 3 minutes, until just tender.Add the leftover roast beef to the pan with the egg noodles, soy sauce and 100ml of water.
