The volume of vegetable can add a 5th serving. Seafood or chicken can be substituted for the beef.1) Prepare the noodles per package. Drain and coarsely chop.2) Combine steak, 1 tbsp of the low sodium soy, 1 tbsp of the sherry and the cornstarch3) Heat 2 tsps of oil in a large wok over high heat. Add the steak and cook stirring often, 4 minutes or untill no longer pink. Transfer to plate and set aside.4) Returne the wok/skillet to stove topand heat remaining oil over high heat.
