1/2 tsp. hoisin sauce

Here is how you make Orange Beef Stir-Fry:

In a large bowl, combine 1 T. cornstarch and 2 tsp. sugar. Stir in 2 T. soy sauce until smooth. Add egg white and beat until blended. Add beef and toss to coat. Let stand for 5 minutes.In a small bowl, combine remaining 1 T. cornstarch with water until smooth. Add the OJ concentrate, ketchup, orange peel, hoisin sauce and remaining 2 T. sugar and 2 T. soy sauce; set aside.In a large skillet, stir-fry beef mixture in hot oil for 2-4 minutes or until meat is no longer pink.
