Cook vermicelli according to label direction. Drain. Meanwhile heat 1T. oil in lg. skillet. Add garlic & beef. Stir fry until browned. Remove from skillet. Heat 1T. oil in skillet. Stir fry onions, celery & red pepper until onion is tender. Add mushrooms, stir fry 2 min. Combine soy sauce, eater & cornstarch in small bowl. Stir into skillet with beef & broth.
