1 cup marinade
2 carrot, sliced thinly on the bias
1 red cabbage, sliced thinly
1 zucchini, sliced thinly
2 ribs celery, sliced thinly on the bias
1 red bell pepper, julienned
Vinegar
Olive oil, to cook
