This is a slight variation from a recipe from allrecipes.com...I added some zucchini. I also changed some of the seasoning sauces that change the sodium content. This recipe is not for those watching sodium. I also add crushed red pepper flakes and chile sauce for some kick!

1lb ground turkey
1 large red bell pepper
1 large yellow bell pepper
2 medium zucchini
3-4 cloves garlic pressed or minced
approx. 1 - 2 tsp. fresh grated ginger
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp worchestershire sauce
1 tbsp maggi seasoning sauce
1/2 c beef broth and 1/4 c beef broth
1 heaping tsp corn starch

Here is how you make Asian Ground Beef w/ Peppers and Zucchini:

Chop all vegetable into medium size chunks. Brown ground beef in large skillet ( I season w/ black pepper & garlic powder). Remove meat from pan, set aside. Spray pan w/ olive oil spray add vegetables, garlic, & ginger. You can add crushed red pepper if you like a kick. Stir fry until vegetables are softened a bit. Add meat to vegetables and mix. Combine all sauces except the 1/4 cup broth and starch add to meat mixture and cook for approx. 5 minutes. Mix left over broth and starch and add to meat mixture and mix well.
