How Long Does My Breakfast Stir Fry Recipe Take To Cook?My Breakfast Stir Fry takes 15 minutes to cook. How Many Servings Does My Breakfast Stir Fry Recipe Make?My Breakfast Stir Fry makes 1 servings. What Are The Ingredients For My Breakfast Stir Fry Recipe? The ingredients for My Breakfast Stir Fry are: broccoli, 1 spearbamboo shoots, 1/4 cup sliced water chestnuts, 1/4 cup sliced 1 mushroom, sliced green pepper, 1/4 cup sliced clove of garlic, chopped 3 oz boneless, skinless chicken breast, sliced vegetable cooking spray 2 dashes of salt 1 tsp low salt soy sauce 1 tsp sesame oil How Do I Make My Breakfast Stir Fry?Here is how you make My Breakfast Stir Fry: Slice your vegetables and put aside... slice your chicken breast and add chopped garlic and dash of salt and set aside... add tapioca starch to 1/4 cup of cold water and tsp of soy sause and set aside... now, you're ready to cook! (I'm assuming you already have your rice going, or already cooked)Heat a frying pan over med-high heat. When it's ready, spray with cooking spray and add your vegetables and a dash of salt... stir fry for a few minutes (don't over cook) and transfer to a bowl and set aside.Re-heat the pan and when it's ready, spray again and add your chicken and garlic... stir fry until it's not pink anymore (it's okay if you need to add a few drops of water to keep everything from sticking too much).Add the veggies back to the pan with the chicken, give it a stir around then add your stirred tapioca starch mixture to pan. Stir fry until thickened (add a little more water if it's too dry or thick) and when everything is nice and combined and hot, drizzle with the tsp of sesame oil and serve over a half a cup of cooked rice. This makes one nice serving, and you can eat this anytime you like. You don't have to have it for breakfast like I did. ;) (if you want it to taste really chinese (american style) you can add a 1/4 tsp of msg, but I know most folk would rather eat their young than eat msg... to each their own ;))Number of Servings: 1Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user CAPECODJEWEL.What's The Nutritional Info For My Breakfast Stir Fry?The nutritional information for My Breakfast Stir Fry is:
