1/4 c raisins, golden, seedless
1/8 c walnut halves (4 halves, cut in half)
8 Tbs ricotta cheese
1 Tbs packed light brown sugar
1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
Cooking spray

Here is how you make Crispy Ricotta Cheese Wontons w/Raisins and Walnuts:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Place the wontons on a clean work surface and moisten the edges w/water. Mix raisins and ricotta cheese in a bowl. Divide mixture evenly and place in the middle of each wonton skin. Place 1 walnut piece in the center of the cheese and raisin mixture and fold in half, diagonally, pressing together the edges to seal tightly. Place the wontons into the pot of simmering water for 1 minute. Remove w/a slotted spoon to a paper towel to drain , discard water. Place the wontons on cooking spray coated baking sheet.
