Cut chicken into small pieces brown in 1 Tblsp of Seasame oil.Meanwhile, cook chow mein noodles according to pakage directions.Remove chicken from pan. ( I suggest using a wok)Add to pan vegetable oil and a few shakes of red pepper, add and sautee onion, bean sprouts, and snow peas.Cook until onion is tender.
