3 cups cole slaw (can use pre-shredd cole slaw mix)
1/2 cup rough chopped bean sprouts
2 scallions, chopped
1 stalk celery, thinly sliced
1 1/2 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. sesame oil
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/8 tsp. black pepper
8 large square egg roll wrappers

One 6 oz. can (4 oz. drained) tiny shrimp, drained (optional)
sweet and sour sauce (optional)

Here is how you make Pork and Cabbage Egg Rolls:

Preheat oven to 375 deg. Spray a large baking sheet with nonstick spray. In a small bowl, mix 1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce with sugar. Add pork and coat well. Cover and marinate in the fridge for 10 minutes.Bring a skillet sprayed with nostick spray to medium-high heat on the stove. Add cabbage, pork and any excess marinade. Cook and stir for 3-5 minutes, until pork is cooked though. Transfer to a large bowl. Add remaining soy sauce, worcestershire sauce, sprouts, scallions, celery, oil, ginger, and black pepper.
