1/4 cup tangerine juice
1 tbsp tangerine zest
1/2 lb broccoli, chopped
1 tbsp minced ginger
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes

Soak soy slices in hot water for 10 - 15 minutes.Drain excess liquid.Coat the soy with 2 Tbs. cornstarch and set aside. Mix together the rest of the cornstarch with the broth, soy sauce, maple syrup, and tangerine juice, set aside. Heat a wok over medium-high heat and stir-fry the broccoli in water or vegetable broth until tender-crisp. Remove the broccoli from the pan, add a spray of PAM (or similar) and add soy slices.Cook for several minutes until crispy, then add the ginger, garlic, red pepper and tangerine zest.
