Here is how you make Kimchi:

Cut all ingredients into very small pieces so that cabbage is in contact with all ingredients for proper fermentation. Fill container with juice of cabbage and distilled water. Put a plate on bowl so no air can enter. Discard any excess fluid. Put weight on top of plate and cover with cheesecloth in warm place. Check and remove excess liquid daily for 4 days.
