Preheat oven to 400. Spray a 9 by 13 inch baking dish with non stick spray. Grate the ginger and garlic. Mix with tamari.Set Salmon in baking dish. Cover with tamari mixture. Bake in oven for about 15 to 20 minutes, or until salmon flakes with a fork.In a large wok, heat the peanut oil.Add the vegetables and stir fry until cooked through.Meanwhile cook the somen noodles.
