Sprinkle with the corn starch and add the soy sauce. Mix well and allow to marinate at least 15 minutes.Slice peppers in thin strips. Slice onions in thin strips.Heat oil in wok. Add garlic clove, whole with skin removed. Add Pork Tenderloin strips and cook until just cooked. Add peppers, onions and snow peas. Cook until vegetables are crisp tender. If it gets too dry add about 1/2 cup of water to create a "sauce". Serve immediately over brown rice.
