Mix all ingredients except the wrappers and egg together. Mix well!Lay a few dumpling wrappers out and put about 1 tbsp of filling in the centre. Dip your finger in the egg wash and spread it lightly along half of the dumpling wrapper edge. Fold the dumpling in half and join the unmoistened side with the side with the egg wash.
