This is one of my favorite dishes at the little chinese restuarant my kids and I go to. I'm sure it is not an authentic chinese recipe, but it is one they do that is just wonderfully delicious! NOTE: I made this tonight with cooking spray instead of the peanut oil originally listed...it worked great and tastes the same. So, peanut oil has been taken out. Unfortunately, the sesame oil is necessary for flavor and any less (I had already reduced the amount by half) does not taste right.
