Add water, stock & rice to rice cooker and follow- directions. If you don't have a rice cooker, cook rice as directed on package using stock & water.In a skillet, heat oil and add scallions, onions and leeks. Cook on medium for about 4-5 mins. until they start to brown. Add green & red peppers, bok choy, and chick'n strips, and cook another 2-3 mins. Add rice, soy sauce, and spice. mix together in skillet.Push rice to one side, add egg to open side of skillet. scramble egg, and cook.
