How Do I Make Filipino Rolls?

Here is how you make Filipino Rolls:

Boil chicken. Chop or shred into bite size pieces. Cut green onions, lettuce and cilantro into bite size pieces. Put each ingredient in a separate pile in this order: chicken, onion, cilantro, sprouts and lettuce to form an assembly line. Run wrappers under warm water and allow to soften for a few minutes on a clean towel. I usually make 6 at a time. Once softened, layer each ingredient in wrapper inside edge closest to you. Roll a full turn then close sides and continue to roll until closed. (If not full enough use more lettuce) Set on plate seam side down.I do not add any seasonings to any of this because I dip these in a spicy sauce. You may add seasonings as you go or dip in sauce of your choosing. I make a quick sauce of 1/2 cup water, teaspoon of asian hot sauce, pinch of sugar, teaspoon of soy sauce, a few dashes of season all and accent.Number of Servings: 3Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user SFAUSCH.
