Here is how you make Fruity Spring Rolls:

Cook rice stick noodles and set aside to drain/cool.Mix agave nectar, lemon juice, and chopped mint in bowl. After noodles are cool, mix those in also.Moisten each spring roll wrapper individually in warm water for 20 seconds. Then place on damp kitchen towel to fill.
