2 cooked chicken breast portions (I grill them on a grill pan), cut into bite size pieces (optional--leave it out to go Veggie)

How Do I Make Sesame Broccoli Soba Noodle Salad?

Here is how you make Sesame Broccoli Soba Noodle Salad:

Steam broccoli pieces 'til just tender but still green, about 7 minutes. Drain.Meanwhile, mix soy sauce, honey, seasame oil, lemon juice (optional), and seasame seeds. Add the cooked and drained broccoli and soba noodles; toss gently with tongs or two forks. Add grilled chicken; toss gently again. Chill at least 30 minutes. When ready to serve, taste for seasoning and add a little more lemon juice or salt if necessary. Serve cold or room temperature. I like mine with a little crushed red pepper flakes or Vietmamese chili paste (lethally hot, so try cautiously). Makes 4 generous main dish size servings, but I usually get 6 out of it.
