Once the cooking starts it is a quick process.Heat peanut oil in wok or large frying pan over high head. Add red bell pepper. Cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring. Add onion, cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring. Once veggies are softened remove from pan and set aside. Add garlic to pan for a few seconds, then add jalapeno. Cook for about 30 seconds.
