6 spear, medium (5-1/4" to 7" long) Asparagus, fresh
1large Zucchini spiralized
1 parsnip (7.5" long) Parsnip spiralized
10 Snow Pea Pods
1 block Nasoya Extra Firm Tofu shredded
10 tbsp Kikkoman Low Sodium Soy Sauce
1 tsp Sriracha Hot Sauce (Rooster sauce)

Here is how you make Spicy tofu, asparagus and parsnips:

Add olive oil and sesame oil to a large-ish pan. Cook the quinoa according to the package directions. Add onion and garlic to the pan along with a dash of chili powder, and maybe a little cumin. .Cook the onion and garlic. Spiralize the zucchini and parsnip, cut the asparagus spears into smaller piece and add to the pan. Shred the tofu (shred it with a box shredder on to a paper towel - it will absorb more of the water) and add it to the pan. Toss in the snow pea pods. Add in the soy sauce and sriracha and mxi it all up. Add in the quinoa and let it all marinate together over a low flame for a few minutes.
