How Do I Make Stir Fried Vegetables with Tofu?

Here is how you make Stir Fried Vegetables with Tofu:

1) Cube the tofu into 1 inch pieces and marinate in a mix of the first amount of water, ginger, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, Chinese Five Spice, and black pepper. Let marinate for about 20 minutes.2) Heat your pan, and add the oil. 3) Place the marinated tofu into the pan, and carefully brown on all sides until golden. Remove the tofu from the pan. Add the vegetables. Fry until the vegetables are cooked almost to your liking. Add the browned tofu and the marinade ingredients to the pan, and stir and cook to blend. 4) Mix the corn starch with the second amount of water. Stir into the tofu and vegetable mix.
