Here is how you make green stir fry:

start your rice first:2 cups rice to 4 cups water (approx. depends on your range) bring to a boil, then simmer with lid until water is evaporated making sure you dont over cook and burn the bottom. about 30 to 45 min (again depends on your cooking range)prep for stir fry:cut up baby carrots lengthwise, quartering each oneslice broccoli stems in rounds and detach florets coarsely chop onion coarsely chop bok choy (making sure to wash well!)coarsely chop kalein a large sautee pan, use enough olive oil for a good sautee, approx. 5 to 10 tbsp. start on a low heat, toss in carrots, broccoli and onions. sautee until slightly tender. season with salt (optional), pepper, sesame seeds and tamari. stir, making sure everything is well coated. i added enough tamari to make it a bit saucy (excellent if you have a low sodium wheat free tamari!). once well stirred, add in bok choy. cook until tender. add in kale. braise slightly, until a little tender but still a little crunchy. kale is perfect at an emerald green color, it will usually lose its bitter flavor then. stir well, serve over rice. makes a LOT of food, will feed at least three hungry people. if you want eggs, portion out your serving, including rice and return to your sautee skillet. crack two eggs into the pan when its heated at almost medium heat. stir in eggs, breaking yolks, mixing well with rice and vegetables. enjoy!
