This recipe is brought to you by Betty Crocker.Remove fat from beef. Cut beef into thin strips. In 12-inch skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Cook beef in oil 3 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until brown. Remove beef from skillet; keep warm.In same skillet heat new tablespoon of oil over medium heat. Add 1/2 the bag of vegetables; cover and cook 5 minutes, stirring occassionally.Add sauce to vegetables; cover and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occassionally.In saucepan, bring water to boil. Break noodles, still in long pieces, and add to boiling water. Boil until noodles are desired firmness then add seasoning packet from soup.Stir into vegetable skillet the beef and soup.
