I have a drawer full of those chinese seasoning envelopes of all different kinds... stir fry, beef with brocolli, kung pao chicken, sechezwan (or however you spell it) anyway I never follow the directions I just do my own thing and use the seasoning to flavor. It's easy... just cut up a bunch of your favorite stir fry veggies... ANYTHING. Combine with a little bit of lean meat of your choice cut up into small pieces and add the prepared seasoning mixture and a little extra soy sauce. Experiment with the different seasonings to find your favorites.This is yum just eaten by itself or serve with your favorite chopped nuts sprinkled on top for added flavor and crunch (and calories) and a little bit of brown rice. So yummy and EASY!

Here is how you make Rhonda's Stir Fry:

If you have a wok like frying pan all the better! Get the oil really hot, add mushrooms and a little of the soy sauce and saute until cooked. Add the pre-cooked chicken and toss around untill heated. Add veggies, seasoning mixture and soy sauce and toss stir fry until veggies are cooked to your liking. Serve sprinkled with some chopped nuts over a little brown rice.
