How Do I Make Seafood Stir-Fry?

Here is how you make Seafood Stir-Fry:

Toss the frozen shrimp into a skillet or wok. The juice and water from the shrimp should provide ample amounts of liquid to cook the veggies and crab as you toss them in. If the crab does not come in chunks (leg style) slice them into bite sized pieces. As they cook they will fall apart into nice strips. Toss the veggies in as you cut them. I start with the onions as they take a little longer to cook. Then green peppers, followed by sugar peas, and mushrooms. Add in seasoning packet (after following the instructions) and cook at a medium heat until all veggies are soft. Stir occasionally. In the last 5 minutes add the Stir-fry Sauce; stirring to coat.Serving Size: 6 1-cup servings Number of Servings: 6Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user LUNESSA522.
