What Are The Ingredients For Simple tasty Stir-fry Recipe?The ingredients for Simple tasty Stir-fry are: 2 med-large chicken breasts skin off dice into small piecesDiagonal thinly sliced whole raw large carrot Small bag egg noodles(found in your supermarket dairy case) 2 cups thinly shredded fresh green cabbage 1 cup thin sliced red capsicum(sweet pepper) 1 cup thin sliced green capsicum(sweet pepper) 1tspn soy sauce sweet chilli sauce use amount to your taste chinese five spice use amount to your taste 2tspns of minced garlic(can get in a jar or tube from your fruit and vegetable outlet) 2tspns of minced ginger(same as above) 1 med brown onion cut into wedges How Do I Make Simple tasty Stir-fry?Here is how you make Simple tasty Stir-fry: Prepare the onions set aside separatelyPrepare the rest of the vegetables set asideCut the chicken breasts into small cubes place into a non-stick large frypan or wok along with the minced garlic,ginger,soy sauce and the chinese five spice cook slowly until just cooked(no pink)add the onion wedges and continue slow cook till onion is just tender set aside chicken and onions into a bowl. In same pan/wok gently on low heat stirfry all the vegetables together with the sweet chilli sauce (amount to your taste)meanwhile place the egg noodles into a strainer and do as per packet instructions now place into pan/wok with vegetables and stir evenly through then add the chicken and onions stir evenly through gently heat all.Taste and if need be add more sweet chilli,soy or chinese five spice.
