.5 cup Bean Sprouts
.5 cup Cilantro (you can reduce this to your taste)

3 cloves garlic
2 tsp minced ginger
2 chili peppers -- or red pepper flakes (to YOUR taste)
1/4 cup Dry Roasted Peanuts (crushed)
2 tbsp Peanut Oil
2-4 tbsp soy sauce


How Do I Make Thai-Asian Stir Fry?

Here is how you make Thai-Asian Stir Fry:

You will Need a LARGE bowl and Large Saute PanDefrost and steam frozen vegetables (use your favorites). Don't over cook. Clean and roughly chop Cilantro. Let sit.Mince Galic, Ginger, and Peppers.Crush Peanuts. Let sit. Soft scramble eggs/egg substitute - remove from heat. Let sit.Rinse Yam Noodles - with cold water, then with boiling water. Let sit. Heat up the peanut oil in pan. Add Garlic and Peppers (you can sub red pepper flakes towards end instead) and half of the minced ginger. Add Crushed Peanuts then remove from heat. Don't let the peanuts burn. Add Soy sauce. Add Noodles and stir to coat thoroughly with mixture. Mix in steamed veggies, broccoli slaw, and cilantro.
