2 1/2 cups bean sprouts,rinsed
1 1/2 cup sugar snap peas,trimmed
2 clove garlic,minced
1 medium onion,sliced thinly
1 stalk scallion,chopped 1'' length
1 red chili pepper,diagonally sliced (optional)

1 tbsp oyster sauce
1/4 tsp black pepper powder
1/4 tsp white pepper powder
1/4 cup water
1/4 tsp salt
